Payment Options
Payment within Sweden is made via Svea Invoice, Svea installment payment, Svea Card Payment, Swish or Paypal.
Svea Bank Invoice and partial payment
When paying via invoice, we cooperate with Svea Bank AB. To shop against an invoice, you must enter your social security number. A prerequisite for being able to trade against an invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You may not have any payment remarks.
All invoices are transferred by RetroRocket to Svea Bank AB. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee is paid with the amount permitted by law, currently SEK 60 excluding VAT, and default interest of 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over for collection. An invoicing fee of SEK 29 will be added to the invoice. The invoice is sent separately from Svea Ekonomi after we have sent your order.
Partial payment / account credit
Svea Bank AB offers you, after an approved credit check that takes place after you have filled in the personal information at the checkout, to sign an account credit agreement on the terms set out in the general terms and conditions of the attached account agreement. An account agreement means that you receive a credit that you can use to purchase from Svea-affiliated suppliers.
For each occasion you pay to Svea, you can dispose of the corresponding credit space that you repay for other purchases during the time that the account credit agreement applies. The credit offer applies to the amount specified in the account agreement. You choose the credit time by ticking the option that suits you best. You undertake to repay the entire credit within the credit period. This means that each month you must pay at least the amount that appears from the choice you have made.
Of course, you can pay more or pay the entire credit at once without this costing anything extra. If you want to use the account credit during the credit period for other purchases, in order for the credit to be paid off within the agreed credit period, the minimum monthly payment will be increased. The shorter the remaining credit period, the higher the minimum monthly payment.
Extended credit period
If you want to keep the same minimum monthly payment, you can contact Svea on telephone 08 - 51493113 and apply for an extended credit period. For computer-technical reasons, Svea Bank AB, if you use the account credit for several purchases, will invoice you separately for the various purchases for the time being. Of course, in that case you will not have to pay for more than one notification fee per month. If you do not specifically notify Svea Bank AB, SveaEkonomi will pay for your purchases with RetroRocket on your behalf. If you have any questions, you can call Svea Bank AB on 08 - 51493113 for further information.
Examples of effective interest on purchases of SEK 10,000 spread over 12 months, 0% interest, SEK 195 set-up fee and SEK 29 down payment fee in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines are 10,68%.
